Communication between parties is important in a Worker’s Compensation case. Our medical and administrative staff is ready to assist in any capacity. Same day work-status reports are available and dictation turn around time is normally 24 to 48 hours. Because there is little wait time for appointments, we can ensure timely treatment and follow up for our patients.

When making an appointment, we will need the following information:

• Adjuster Contact Name and Phone Number
• Claim Number/Social Security Number
• Employer Name, Address, and Phone Number
